Our process is non-pollitive, sulphar accelerated at low temperature 560 ° ± 10 ° C. It is an ideal process to improve the resistance to wear, seizure, fatigue of ferrous materials. For a specified period of time of soaking of components in bath, produces compound zone of 10-15 microns & nitrogen diffusion layer of 0.2-0.6mm. It replaces shallow depth case hardening & carburizing.

Induction Hardening is a distortion less case hardening process & selective area can be Induction hardened. As per applications case depth from 0.5mm to 5mm can be achieved. The results of Induction Hardening are consistent .Induction softening can be done at threaded portion, since threads should be soft.
